Shaun Moamem is a licensed salesperson and the Executive Vice President of Plaza Real Estate Group, a New York City based real estate brokerage. Shaun started his professional career as an agent with a boutique brokerage firm that specialized in downtown rentals and sales and has worked his way up to his current position at Plaza. Having worked for some of Manhattan’s leading residential brokerage firms and some of the industry’s brightest minds, Shaun has developed a keen understanding of the marketplace.
Being a true entrepreneur, Shaun has taken many opportunities to expand his horizon including working in the concierge business as a promotional director, event planner, and strategic marketer. Shaun also spent a year working for a privately owned bank and mortgage corporation where he became an expert in the process of buying a home.

Shaun has acquired unparalleled knowledge of the industry and has formed countless close relationships with many prestigious landlords, hotel owners, management companies and developers. Through his experiences in different fields, Shaun has acquired the ability to cater to his clients in ways beyond what other agents can offer. He believes that the best way to serve clients, buyers, property owners, and developers is to give each client individualized local devotion while offering global brokerage and marketing services.
